Lenses description tweaks

This is a list of minor grammatical or similar issues that can be found in the lenses settings page .

1. Active lenses description.
   
   I propose changing it to These are your active lenses, which will be shown in the Lenses menu on the search page.

2. Periods at the end of descriptions.
   The following default lenses are missing a period at the end of their descriptions.

3. Recipes
   Capitalize the e in 'english' in the Recipes lens.
   

4. Team lenses
   
   Change this description into: These lenses are shared by your team members and can be activated for use.

5. Other lenses
   
   Change the description into: These are the lenses you can activate to display on the search page.

6. Kagi documentation lens serial comma
   Add a serial comma to the Kagi documentation lens description:
   Searches help.kagi.com, blog.kagi.com, kagifeedback.org, and orionfeedback.org

7. Fediverse forums
   
   Lemmy should be capitalized.
