I have to agree with @carl and @Value7609 here.
By default, I do not want my search engine thinking it "knows better" and making content/editorial choices on my behalf. A lot of us left using Google to get away from such result styles. For now I'm happy with the solution to this problem being to downrank/uprank domains yourself for your own preferences. That, or create your own lenses. Frankly I do not trust Kagi's (or any search engine's) ability to address the subtleties of these kinds of topics, and certainly would not appreciate this being hoisted upon me by default.
A specific example: How would you ensure "removing" misinformation around 5G and health did not also accidentally destroy the ability to search about the real health effects from radio-frequency burns? (5G, microwave, etc can definitely be harmful to your health—try climbing a cell tower or other structure and sticking your face in front of the cells/dishes for a few hours).
At the same time though, I do understand the desire to not see misinformation. There's certainly a lot around, and I don't generally care to see it. Just as Kagi's domain rankings from its users are published, I wonder if a feature of creating user-shareable and publishable domain-lists or lenses would allow users with similar beliefs and desires to easily filter out the content they're collectively not interested in seeing.
