I disabled the inline video widget. The results are usually from YouTube and specific to my country. So in that very broad sense they are relevant, but I would expect the results to be relevant to my search query and they are definitely not. Judging by the titles and thumbnails I see, they are videos that are currently going viral in my country and about hyped topics. I suspect the results are more or less "popular videos in the user's country".
I don't really need this widget, but in the current state I will definitely keep it disabled.

The inline video widget should display the first search result that would appear when I open the "Video" section at the top.
