When using upload feature it no longer responds to follow up questions

So i upload a OPUS file that meets the file requirements and it will analysis the audio and output some sort of summary of the meeting. Previously I would ask follow up questions/requests to 'Summarize meeting in chronological order' or 'what where the follow up items for this meeting'. It would follow up with a good overall answer. But now it seems like it no longer takes into context the audio I uploaded. I have attached the chat summary.

I asked it to 'can you provide a summary of the meeting in chronological order' after it analyzed the audio and provide a summary it gave me a generic answer on how to run a meeting and not summarizing the file i uploaded and creating that meeting summary. What I wanted it to do and previously did very well would summarize the actual meeting audio and provide me a summary. Instead of looking at my file it looks to be doing some generic search.
