openreview.net is the official peer review platform for a lot of venues. The openreview results are not ranked that high even though they give far more insights than a reddit or hackernews discussion around it.
An easy and good enough integration would be with Arxiv papers results. Most people don't know that, but Arxiv is a preprint paper repository, which means that not all papers there were peer reviewed yet.
