Sometimes searching again when existing results are showing, causes the first result to load rather than a new search

Steps to reproduce:

Make any search, wait for the results to load
Type a new search into the search box at the top of the results
Press 'Enter'
Sometimes, the top result from the existing results is opened rather than the new search executed

Expected behavior:
The new search should be executed

Please see attached video. I pressed Enter 2-3 times the final time after typing in the new search terms.

chrskerr Note that there is a setting (which you can turn off) that pressing enter will open the first result (which is what happens in this case).
