Typing in a name could have a suggestion to use the '!imdb' bang or '!w' bang. For people using 'site:', it could suggest using a bang instead, if there is one for that website.
Encouraging the use of bangs not only saves money, but it might come with better search results because people can go directly to the website they wanted to go to. This is also a feature that DDG doesn't have. DDG will recommend a bang if you start typing with a '!', but it doesn't recommend bangs otherwise.
