Where's the "I really mean what I said" setting for search?

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with Kagi search. It appears to liberally ignore + and - search operators. This kind of thing is why i quit using google. No results is no results. Just tell me that, don't ignore what I searched for.

drboone The setting you may be looking for is Verbatim mode.

Does it work if you put the words you want in quotation marks ("like" "this")? And then add the words you don't want with a - search operator?

Quoting doesn't seem to completely solve the problem. And I did a search a little bit ago that included -3d as one of the terms, and of the five results, five had the term 3d in the title.

I can't find a verbatim setting. Having to tell the engine that I really meant what I searched for, exactly, EVERY TIME, is getting excruciatingly old.
