I get the wikpedia widget for the Australian "Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons". However, I do not get this widget if I search for the less specific "Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations" with the Hong Kong region turned on. I get the same results for these 2 searches on Desktop and mobile with both connected to ASIA-EAST. But for the similar search "Scheduled 1 and 3 to the Pharmacy and Poisons regulations". I only get the australian wikipedia widget on desktop and not on mobile, despite both being on ASIA-EAST and with personalisation turned off for the search. Ideally I think none of these searches should have the wikipedia widget on it, as I am specifically searching in the Hong Kong region, and from what I can tell there is no english wikipedia page for this legislation.
