Offer recurring billing through Paypal

Paypal can only be used currently for reloading an account with credit, but it's a useful service for managing subscriptions. I recently had my debit card skimmed and had to cancel and replace it, after that as I was setting up my new card as I was going through services if Paypal was offered I opted to use it because with Paypal if I ever need to change my card for many services at once, I can do so all at once making it convenient for managing subscriptions.
It would be great if Kagi could offer recurring billing through Paypal to provide an alternative to Stripe.

I like Paypal as a way to consolidate many recurring subscriptions in one place.

As it turns out my debit card wasn't skimmed, someone socially engineered my bank and had a replacement debit card sent to their address. Scary stuff! I know this isn't relevant to the feature suggestion but from a privacy perspective I thought it interesting to share.

I'd like this feature as well. I do not have a credit card (many people don't here, in the Netherlands), and as a result I have to add $30.25 manually to my Kagi balance every month. Obviously it would be much more convenient if this is done automatically through a recurring payment. Thanks for the consideration.
