Using any selection Cafes/Bars/Grocery or searching over for example Zuerich, Switzerland leads to useless results.
This is best exemplified by "Grocery" leading to "Grocery Branch" in the middle of nowhere in the US.
Many cafes/bars etc are clearly visible from the OSM data but are not found.
If it is unable to find something it shouldn't zoom out 500km or even a whole continent, simply state that it is unable to find it.
