Some domains are popular both for blocking/lowering and for raising/pinning on the domain leaderboard. For example, as of this writing, twitter is narrowly on the top list of raised domains but is also on the list of top blocked domains. To help find interesting sites, it would be useful to have a list of top domains where Kagi users disagree with each other.
This would just be a new list for the domain leaderboard. Reddit famously used to have "Sort by Controversial" which would sort comments by diverging opinions, and Anime News Network's list of top anime contains a list of titles where their voters diverge about anime: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/ratings-anime.php?top50=std_dev
If necessary to make the results make sense, the list could either compare just the sum of Blocked+Lowered to Raised+Pinned, or could count Lowered/Raised as some fraction of Blocked/Pinned.
