I've noticed these Cloudflare temp URLs in results several times. Sometimes it comes up as a straight up copy of an entire site (https://hesam.pages.dev is a straight rip of https://www.theverge.com), and other times it's a text-only copy of some other site (This article on tomsguidess.pages.dev is a copy of this original article with a different author and publish date, along with some missing copy.)
Search URLs I found these on:
If the copy of the site has a canonical URL like https://hesam.pages.dev does, it should never show up in results and would only show the canonical URL.
If it does not have a canonical URL, it would at least be de-emphasized in favor of the actual original URL.
