adding science direct, a large database for scientific articles/journals, would be useful in giving a wider search for articles and overall aid in the academic lens tool.

www.sciencedirect.com

Simply adds another academic database to the academic lens, should give more academic articles and hopefully widen the search pool when using the lens.

For reference, ScienceDirect is operated by Elsevier and shouldn’t be omitted when it comes to scientific literature (same like https://link.springer.com/ from Springer).

What is currently included in the lens?

      8 months later

I noticed that relevant results are not included when using the academic lens:
I used the academic search to try to find a paper regarding climate change research.

Relevant journals (I expected to be included):
Any agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com journal (Americal Geophysical Union)
If I search for wiley with academic lens turned on I don't get any results from wiley.
Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics of the european geophysical union (https://acp.copernicus.org/)

I think the whole https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/ is missing?

      For comparison:
      Normal Search: https://kagi.com/search?q=agu+wiley&r=de&sh=5ZGX6N8T2AI_ZKbPqkcS-g
Academic lens: https://kagi.com/search?q=agu+wiley&r=de&sh=5ZGX6N8T2AI_ZKbPqkcS-g&l=0 (adapt to whatever your academic lens index is)
