When you are on a search page, the buttons are actually little sliders that reveal more information:
But when focused in, the almost identical looking buttons now are actual links.
The inconsistency is confusing and should be resolved. On PC I prefer to not have to expand the Website link, as I can already regular click, middle mouse click, and right click copy.
