I've been experiencing this for at least the last couple of releases, but I only got around to double checking it wasn't just a Firefox bug. Under both Firefox and Edge, running on Windows with a mouse, the tool tips used in the Research Assistant AI view can be hard to interact with.

I'm not sure if it's the speed of my cursor, or the angle - I can't accurately reproduce a successful traversal. I've dealt with similar issues that can only be reproduced on Windows, where MacOS wasn't impacted - although, I never tracked down the exact reason.
