Descriptions of plans under 'Choose your plan' can't be localized

I'm working on the Luxembourgish translation of Kagi search. I noticed that the descriptions of the different plans shown under 'Settings -> Billing -> Choose your plan' currently cannot be localized.

It should be possible to localize and show the descriptions/features of the different plans in the selected interface language.

Hi there, just to provide some information.

These descriptions are currently intentionally not localized because we had issues in the past with the translations being out of date and showing incorrect information, which confused some people when they had differing versions.
That's not to say these will never be able to be localized to other languages (because that would be great), but this is why they are currently not.

I wasn't sure, but I thought I remembered translating it at some point in the past...
