When I was checking out the API page, I wanted to try out the pay button and it immediately charged my card and added API credits without actually confirming an order unlike subscribing to a plan or buying a gift card.
I expected a billing page to appear where I could select my card and/or review the order one final time before I could decide to pay or not.
