Clearing 1 hour of history disables Kagi on iOS

This is a really annoying bug which prevents us from using Safari's built-in privacy features.

Using Safari on iOS 17:

Have Kagi search previously set up
Wait an hour or a month, doesn't matter
Make a Kagi search
Go to History -> Clear History > 1 Hour.
(This clears last hour of cookies and history.)
Make another Kagi search

Result: No search is performed. Instead, Kagi shows login screen.

Since Kagi was set up longer than 1 hour ago, session should stay intact.

I disagree. I only clear login cookies created in the last hour. Since Kagi login happened longer than 1 hour ago, it is expected to remain valid and functional.

But it seems that Kagi somehow recreates its login cookies at every search, which seems unnecessary and does not work well with Safari time-based cookie pruning.

Kagi is the only website I know that gets its session invalidated by “Clear 1 Hour” action.
