If you look at the billing page ( https://kagi.com/settings?p=billing ), the price next to the plan name just states price without VAT, but doesn't say it doesn't include VAT (or other tax).
Show the price with the VAT that user was either last billed with, or state the same as on the pricing page (+tax).
