I've decided to stop using Kagi, and doing so gave me further confirmation that I shouldn't use it. I tried to delete my payment method to avoid any possibility of you being hacked and my card number being leaked. It says I can't do so with an active plan. I cancelled my plan. It still says I can't remove the payment method with an active plan.
Now I have to waste time scheduling a time to remove the payment method on my calendar. When someone cancels their subscription, even if they still have some days left that they paid for, there is no reason at all for Kagi to prevent the removal of the payment method because they no longer have a recurring subscription.
