Using the name "kagi" instead would both look better and help with brand visibility to a third party that gets a glance on your high-quality results when walking behind you or to someone on the internet that happens to see a screenshot of kagi.
No need to copy this part of DuckDuckGo IMO, I think they had to do it because their name just is not good.
