When viewing billing page ( https://kagi.com/settings?p=billing ), hovering over the question mark icon next to Switch Plan shows a tooltip, but the text within is unreadable, because it is displayed in black.

Text should be white or something similar, so that you can read it.
The tooltip is also inconsistent with the tooltip on the same page next to "Total searches this period" (that one has a bright background, probably needs to have colors reversed for a dark theme).
