"Search with..." not working in mobile view when using Chromium-based browser

On my Samsung S5, the "Search with..." option (litte arrow in mobile view) isn't working - the dropdown will open, but clicking on a custom search option has no effect (other than a blueish square appearing briefly behind the little arrow). This fails both in Banana browser and Brave. Long-pressing will allow you to open these links in a separate tab - this works fine.

I'm not having problems with Firefox, so my best guess is it's an issue with Chromium-based browsers. Can someone please test and confirm (or dispute) this? Thanks!

If you can record a video on your screen it will help us a lot.

I can do that, but in this case I thought the usefulness of the video, where something is NOT happening, is low, while it should be fairly quick & easy to test. Are you getting different results than reported?

Kagibeh I had no issue using it, works fine for me, that's why I asked to record a video. The only case when it does not work is when the query is empty.
