Technically it is correct, but it returned it in the Norwegian localization (English hour = Norwegian time).

I noticed something similar when searching for "time new york", it would return name of the country localized, see attached image.

These results should be in "Interface Language" that you have defined in settings, for me that is English.

It is not correct though because his Accept-Language is probably setup like mine with English (en) prioritised and Norwegian (no) as fallback.

Also, if the rest of the UI is returned in English (as is the case in his screenshot) then don't translate this one word (all or nothing). In addition if it was all in Norwegian it should be "Timer" (plural), though I see from the follow up reply by @Vlad that that part is also an issue for English, where it states "Hour" rather than "Hours".
