When asked to summarize the terms and conditions from a german website, a good summary is provided in english. But then, asking a very specific question (whether scraping is allowed), the summarizer states that there's no section prohibiting that.
As you can see from the chat, there is a section that says that though. After noting that the answer is wrong it proceeds to quote the section and also translate it into english again.
