Syntax highlighting "Enable Custom CSS" / Tab key

You are able to add custom CSS, however it would be beneficial to add syntax highlighting rather than to edit with plain "white" text.

I'm also not sure it's possible to capture tab key without JS and or causing issues with tabbed navigation, maybe ctrl/option + tab
