I searched for "vacuum flow rejects" in Verbatim mode (my default) and received a number of results that contained vacuum, flow, and rejects but none of them had the words all together as one phrase:
I then switched Verbatim mode off, and received zero results:
I expected Verbatim mode to preserve the quote operator and restrict results to those with the exact phrase "vacuum flow rejects".
Verbatim mode's behavior is not documented, but I would expect it to be similar to on Google, where word variations are not used and where quoted phrase searching is enabled:

(The fact that there are zero results for the Verbatim searches is fine, in this case; it may just be a phrase that didn't exist on the internet until today.)
