Remember the Output Language settings of kagi extension's summarize

I use the browser extension of Kagi.
However, the output language of Summarize is set to "Default" every time.
I use Japanese a lot, so I want to remember the settings.

Reproduct steps

Click "Kagi Search" icon of the extension
Summarize Page and select "Japanese" as Output Language
Click "Kagi Search" icon of the extension again
"Default" is selected as Output Language

Env:

Kagi Search for Firefox 0.6.0

Expected results

I want to remember the output language I selected last time.

Click "Kagi Search" icon of the extension
Summarize Page and select "Japanese" as Output Language
Click "Kagi Search" icon of the extension again
"Japanese" is selected as Output Language

I also want to use the output language that was memorized to "Kagi Summarize" in the context menu which is displayed when you right-click on the page.

Hi @azu can you please try toggling "Run in Private Windows" in the extension settings and see if that helps? We've seen this problem happen when Firefox can't save to the extension's local storage, and that's the easiest way of resetting that.

brn I tried to enable "Run in Private Windows, but it was not remembered.

Also, I've checked storages of "Kagi Search For Firefox", but it does not has any values.

Ah, I understood how to save.

Click "Kagi Search" icon of the extension
Select "Japanese" as Output Language
Click Configure button
Click "Save settings"

The "Output Language" were not saved automatically, and it seemed that they would not be saved unless you pressed the "Save Settings" button.

I thought it was natural to remember the language I used last time.
However, this method may be inconvenient for people who switch frequently, so it may be better to keep it as it is.
(But, the current behavior is quite difficult to understand.)

Sorry for the late reply @azu but I just now confirmed the settings are saved even if you simply summarize from the extension, you don't have to get into the settings: https://github.com/kagisearch/browser_extensions/blob/5a2ba75227388a15044449cf559c380cff528948/shared/src/popup.js#L332-L340
