Since I personally would like to block pinterest.com from all my searches it would be great to just have a lens as default for that. So that whenever I do a search - that domain is filtered out.
I know I can type -pinterest.com -pinterest.co.uk etc. or use a shebang but that get's cumbersome when I have to do it for every search I make.
The user goes to the setting page and enables a lens as default for all searches.
