Yes:
- Get a starter account
- Make zome searches
- Search count accurately count searches, verified in the billing page
- Upgrade plan to Ultimate (probably works with the unlimited one too)
- Downgrade
- Search count is now at 0
I think with this glitch you can get unlimited searches by just ipgrading and downgrading to reset the count. E.g. first buy Starter, when you're close to the limit upgrade and downgrade immediately, this should reset the count. On the next billing cycle you'll have credit left and so you won't have to pay to continue. Also uograding won't cost anything since it's prorated, so after the first upgrade-downgrade you don't pay anything each time you do that.
I'd expect once you downgrade that the count remins the same, or the max searches is prorated for the rest of the period or reduced by searches made by Starter
