Not exactly vertically scrolling, but I have no idea how to describe it.
This doesn’t seem to happen if the search bar doesn’t contain the ‘Quick Answer’ button.
Reproduction steps
- Try to move the search option bar around
- Observe that the bar cannot be scrolled vertically
- Refresh the page
- Observe that the bar can be scrolled vertically
p.s. The quick answer button seems to be misaligned.
