Include non-US universities in Academic lens

According to the documentation for lenses, the academic lens only search in .edu domains. However, there are many universities that do not end with .edu. Many universities in Europe have different domains such as .eu, .fr, .de, e.t.c.

A user will be able to search for papers, resources from non-US sources.

Note that until this is implemented you cna create your own university lens.

I would say that is hard for a university to not have a lot of relevant content online

Browsing6853 Thanks, we made a change to include many universities, although note that 'more known ones' may still outrank them in results. In my testing I did see international universities surface that previously did not though.

Noting that this github repo is updated every few weeks. Also a lot of universities (probably every university) abuses a lot of subdomains (in multiple levels) so it needs to index these as well.
