When I do a phrase search for IDEAS | Kari, I get the website with that title at #2, but also all kinds of partial hit results, including a highlight on Kleenex (see SS 1) for some reason.

This uses | but I get similar results for /\&%# when I tried it. Interestingly, changing the separator changes several other results, but the only real hit for the search continues to stay at #2 (see 2nd SS for comparison)
Expected behavior:
Phrase search being a phrase search, probably exactly one result here.
