Ability to add search personalization for exact search matches

I have wikipedia set as "Raise" on my search preferences page because I often value their results. I would expect this to make Wikipedia my second or third result (with "pinned" being pinned to the top), however I find that it usually clobbers results for sites that are even a direct match:

What I'm trying to get is the Ruth's Chris steakhouse website. However, because I have Wikipedia set as raised, it now is set to #2. This also happens to sites like Ninja Central (though this is because I have reddit raised):

I'd like to see a way to have exact matches like this always be at the top of the list, either through a way to set it as pinned in Search Preferences or having them by default be weighted heavier than raised results.

I see users that want to get directly to the website they've typed into search setting it as pinned so that it always comes to the top of the list.

Hm, I suppose I would define it as "A search that is directly contained by a URL or page title".

One thing I have noticed is that this sort of clobbering only happens some of the time. A search for chipotle, for example, brings up chipotle.com imediately:

The Wikipedia article is a couple results down, as I would expect.
