Kagi persists old query when switching from web to image results

go to kagi.com, make sure you have a fresh, clean page (shift-reload perhaps)
search something, e.g. foobar 123. It will show text results for that query
click the images tab. It will show image results for foobar 123
go back to web results, change query to, e.g. foobar cheese, will show text results for that query
go to images tab. It still queries foobar 123

Reproduced by someone else on discord.

This issue caused me to get incorrect search results after updating the query - it used some old, previous query.

The query should be in sync across all search modes / tabs. It should have given image results for foobar cheese

Reproduction steps:

Write a query and submit to search results
Change your query and submit again
Click on any tab menu item (not just images, but video, news, podcasts, map) and instead of the new (2) query, the query is your original (1) query.

Example:

Query explorer shopper prisoner vacationer matrix
Change query to ESPV matrix
Select image results and the results are showing the query explorer shopper prisoner vacationer matrix

System information:
Windows 11 using Firefox 122.0.1

What should happen:
The tabs should pass through the new query.

I looked but don’t see this one! Sorry for the duplicate. I do think it’s important to note that navigating to the tab isn’t necessary to replicate the bug.
