It seems clear to me that triggering the Quick Answer with interrogatives is not intuitive for most people and I think the decision to remove that feature is the right one.
I am quite happy to query with a question mark at the end to get a Quick Answer when I want it.
One thing I will say is that the recent change to cutting the text off and adding a 'Show More' button to expand is not a preferred design.
I think given that the user now has to intentionally trigger a Quick Answer with a question mark, it should probably show the entire answer by default. It's not very quick otherwise 😃
