Different result between "Feeling Lucky" bang and 1st link of SERP

Setup:

I have reddit results Raise'd, not pinned
I have not adjusted chakra-ui.com at all

Steps:

search chakra grid - the first result is a link to chakra-ui.com
use a bang like chakra grid ! - you will be directed to a reddit post

Expectation: both take me to the same result. In this case, I'd prefer the higher-relevancy result (chakra-ui.com).
