I just want to prefix this "bug report" with my opinion on regions in Kagi. Search should be seamless, fast, and having to switch between "International" and "Sweden" all the time depending on my search would be frustrating. I speak Swedish and English fluently, but I use the "Sweden" region because it brings in lots of Swedish sites that are relevant when living in Sweden. The Swedish results come up even when I search in English, which is great! Switching between writing my queries in English vs Swedish usually works great. And this has never been a problem on Google either.
But sometimes, Kagi gives you poorer results when you use the "Sweden" region. Every now and then I feel like a result is a bit mediocre and I switch to "America" or "International" and the results looks better. Much of that is probably subjective, but not always.
In this bug report I will highlight one case where search results are worse in the "Sweden" region.

Summary:
- Missing "News" widget
- Missing "Quick Peek" widget
- Missing "Google Play" download link
- Missing two domains that I boost. Twitter and The Verge. They are not in the results at all
- Overall fewer results: 27 vs 20. Notice that International has 22% unique Kagi results, while SE has 70%. That seems strange.
- Sweden region has random articles from 2019, 2020, 2021 that appear ABOVE news from the past few days
I think the Sweden results should generally be the international results, but with Sweden-specific results scattered in where relevant. I want to be able to use the Sweden region all the time without having to think about switching back and forth to get better search results.
