Kagi search on Firefox ESR give JS error (previously fixed but happening again)

I don't know how to "reopen" an issue here but think this is
similar to this one I had before - see added comment and screenshots at the end

As described, the behavior is almost the same as before. Only now when I

open the browser
open a tab using my Kagi Session Link
type in some search terms and
press enter ◀─ error happens after this

Then I see the problem shown here:

looking at where the error is reported shows

My system is the same as reported earlier (OSX 10.9.5).

I was expecting to see search results as I had just a few minutes earlier.

Hi, it's important to note that the issue being discussed occurs in Firefox ESR 78. Since then, there have been 3 additional ESR releases.

Unfortunately I'm on OSX 10.9.5 and Firefox 78 ESR is the latest Firefox on that platform.
But I'm glad to see that kagi is once again working for me so I don't have to use Chromium legacy https://github.com/blueboxd/chromium-legacy for my kagi searches!

Thank you again for taking the time to help me keep using my old but otherwise perfectly functional laptop to search the web with Kagi 😄
