[Weather Widget] Show precipitation as a separate graph, and let us view the weather at times later in the day

Google has a feature where it lays out the weather like a timeline and you can click on the timeline at different times to see the weather at that point in time. A separate precipitation graph would work similarly to Google's implementation.

This would help people better plan ahead because they would have a better idea of what to expect throughout the day. For example, I don't know if would be rain when I get off of work later in the day.

I suggest implementing this similar to Google where I can dynamically interact with the weather widget to (1) select a precipitation graph, (2) select different times during the day, and (3) select future days to view the weather then.

Without the detailed precipitation graph, the weather widget is pretty useless to me, since I'm generally just checking for rain forecasts.

My app (https://weather-sense.leftium.com) allows "scrubbing" the timeline by hovering over it. The sticky stats at the top are updated for that time.

My app also integrates precipitation rate and probability into the timeline.
