Vlad Ah, I guess I'm just asking for a few smaller changes, then:
- Show ! autocomplete as soon as
! entered. This would be a great place to showcase the Kagi-specific bangs. Also great for commonly used bangs. (DDG does this right now.)
- Link to more info about bangs from autocomplete UI (DDG "Learn More" link in screen shot above.) Ideally would be kagi.com/bangs as suggested by the OP.
- Match more results. (This may require changing the hide autocomplete condition to: hide when a space entered after matching a bang)
- match middle of bang
- match title
- match URL (of bang target)
Below, notice DDG shows !twc is a valid bang, but Kagi does not since the bang starts with t:
