Add kagi search to privacyguides

I noticed that Kagi is not mentioned in https://www.privacyguides.org/en/search-engines/. It should allow more users to find Kagi if it was listed there.

I think it would be helpful to contact whoever manages that list and ask them to add Kagi Search.

It is a good idea that it's better as a user 🙂 .
