Fast Research Assistant is citing "Item 1", "Item 2", etc. or "[$4,6$]" as the sources for certain queries.
I haven't noticed a pattern to when this happens. Often regenerating the answer or asking again with a question mark at the end of the query will result in sources cited correctly.
Assistant not citing sources correctly:
