When opening a new tab on Orion, when you have a dark theme - the new tab should open in a dark color, not a white one

Steps to reproduce:
Open a new tab by going to https://kagi.com/
notice that before the page loads, the page is white

Expected behavior:
The page should be dark, according to preferences

System info:
Orion Version 0.99.113-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)
