Whoop Search for AWS Console and you get someone's personal blog, followed by a personal github repository, then AWS Console on the Google Play Store. The actual Console is 3rd from the bottom of the page. https://aws.amazon.com/console/ should be the number one result, as demonstrated with other search engines.
Value7609 Can't reproduce this, it shows as first result in all regions I've tried (UK, US, international, NL,DE). Do you maybe downrank/block amazon.com?
