Unable to submit a bug on Android

I was trying to submit a bug report on kagifeedback.org on Android in Brave browser, filled out all the details, title, what happened, what did I expect, issue occurs on and topics/features. used the attach an image/video on the what happened text box the first time around but subsequent attempts ( 2 over a week) I just copied and pasted the link that was added to my original attempt. Page just doesn't do anything upon selecting submit bug report.

Did the same thing on Desktop via Edge and all works fine, all the same information but submits successfully.

Expect report to be lodged and page to reload to the bug report itself.

I also have a problem submitting suggestions or bug reports on Firefox on Android.
I fill the text fields and submit the form but nothing really happens except I can not write in the text fields anymore. But at the end the thread seems to get posted.
