Allow toggling/boosting and blocking of search engine backends

Having an option to disable/enable certain search engine's, or be able to raise or lower results (as we already have with individual websites) would be a nice feature.

Considering the backlash with the addition of Brave (https://kagifeedback.org/d/2808-reconsider-your-partnership-with-brave/2), whilst this suggestion isn't exactly a middleground to that specific thread, the ability to do it with any search engine may improve user's experiences.

Raise and lower search engine backends as we do with individual websites.

I realize that, while this could limit the behavior, it doesn't solve the underlying issue with Brave, in that they continue to partner with them at all.

As a queer and anti-crypto person myself I'm obviously extremely against the partnership with Brave, especially as the results from Kagi were just fine before the partnership. But I'm not going to stop using Kagi, when other search engines do much worse. In an ideal world this wouldn't be the case, but alas. No ethical consumption under capitalism and whatnot.

I like this, too, if people could decide which backends they want to unsubscribe from.

Also, would be an way to save money if some users just disabled some paid API calls.
