If I change a family plan member to "Owner", they have full control over the billing as well, being able to view the (masked) credit card information, change the plan, as well as downgrade/remove myself from the plan using my payment information.
I think this is suboptimal, I would like to give another member the permission to manage other non-owner members, but not to access the billing and plan management.
I would add a third option, like "Admin" or "Manager" in between "Member" and "Owner"
