Right now the math calculations round to zero after seven zeros (e.g., .00000001). So 1/1e8 = .00000001 but 1/1e9 = 0.
I do not think there probably needs to be a description of the problem, but if there does, the calculator reports incorrect results in certain circumstances.

Probably, the responses should shift over to just expressing the values in terms of e after some point. Like 1/1e8 = .0000001 but 1/1e9 = .1e9. But just calling it 0 is not helpful.
